Micawber

When I got up on Friday morning. Nat motioned for me to come into the kitchen and be quiet. He pointed at the porch and this is what we saw. Y-U-C-K! I am still feeling a little squeamish about these creatures after having almost had two fall onto my head in one week.

Luke was, on the other hand, thrilled to see a squirrel this close. He was sure that it was the famous rodent Micawber from one of John Lithgow's books. He hasn't stopped talking about how Micawber got onto our porch and where do I think he is now and when will he come back. Never, I hope.
