Hogle Zoo

Monday the VB's and Addie and I all trekked up to the Hogle Zoo.



Adelaide crashed at about four so she missed my favorite animals- the big cats and giraffes. But I was grateful that she would no longer be thrashing around in my arms and crying because I hurt her feelings.




Addie was enthralled by the monkeys. She is edible.

Come On, April- Get With It

This is what I saw out my window yesterday. This picture is a little blurry, but I wasn't about to go out in a freak April blizzard. Who knows what crazy things would happen to you out there?


On a more positive note, I snapped this picture of a fox on my way home from Cedar Hills today. (Click it to enlarge.) It wouldn't have been nearly as cool if it wasn't snowy. If only I had a camera with a zoom lens...


Here's hoping for less snow in May!

Easter '09

This Easter was cool and sunny. The VBs got to the Bells house about four and took some Easter pictures.






Dinner was superb. Salad, ham, crumb-crusted potatoes, cooked carrots and cookie salad. Aaron worked really hard on the ham- can't you tell? He had to put on a sweat-band.

Then there was much cuddling in the land.

I loved the matching outfits for the girls. But don't you like Addie better like this?
