can there be anything else to say about beets?

Luke's lips and mouth were stained bright pink yesterday when he decided to eat beet greens fresh from the garden. I thought kids mouths only turned this color when eating something containing large amounts of high fructose corn syrup. I guess this is mother nature's answer to food coloring.
