This is a reminder to everyone that now is the time to sign up for your local CSA share. This ensures a steady supply of local, fresh vegetables that are sure to keep you expanding your vegetable repertoire. I can almost taste the beets... the arugula... and purple carrots. Heck, I am even willing to give swiss chard another go.
I am currently making a list of CSAs near our new home and I plan on calling them tomorrow. I am hoping to do a work share to get some time at the farm with my boys.
